Hi, I would like to ask about the result output error, Is it due to exceeding 1000 rows? Would a student license be able to access the new interface, since I saw the maximum for the new interface will be 5000 rows. Could you please give some suggestions for the result output, thank you.
There are the problems I met are as follows:
“Import detected over 1000 rows and you are taken to results via the new Data Input interface. Note: Reports and downloads are then temporarily disabled in the results page and old data input interface is not supported. If you want to reduce rows, return to the Review and Filter step.”
While the previous interface was capped at 500 rows, the new version comfortably handles up to 5,000. That said, most assessments don’t typically need that much data, especially if you’re grouping similar products together.
If your import exceeds 500 rows, the system will automatically direct you to the new data input tool. We plan to phase out the old interface entirely by mid-year.
