ERROR: Excel contains too many columns

hi i am getting this error when importing an excel from a consultants export of oneclick to our platform.

ERROR: Excel contains too many columns. Maximum amount of columns with data is 60

While our upload allows for plenty of data to be uploaded at a time (max 300.000 rows), the number of columns is a bit more limited. There can be a maximum of 60 columns with data in one excel sheet, this error refers to the fact that yours likely has more than that.

I’d recommend checking if some columns can be removed, if you need further assistance then our support team would be happy to take a look at your excel. Just let us know as a reply here if that’s the case.

Hi Simon! In addition to Steven’s reply, a workaround to copy data from an external consultant’s project could be to copy the data from the design to your project.
To do so, you need at least read-only access to that project and use the same calculation tool in both projects.
