Could you kindly update the BREEAM NC Resi V6.7 export template and align it according to the tool available in BRE portal?
The template availble in the BRE portal is updated till 18.11.25 (see screenshot below)
However, if I export the template from OC, it gives me version from July last year. See below
Additionally, It template says it aligns with RICS WLC standard however, if we have to take into account the emission of A5.1, A5.2, B2, B3 for an early stage assessment it doesn’t allow us to choose industry benchmark given in the guidance. For Example, 40 KgCO2e/m2 for A5.2 emission as given in the guidance. Give you give us an idea how to include that without entering actual data at early stage.
