Hi Team, Can you suggest how can I include A5.2 data for a EARLY STAGE assessment in BREEAM NC Resi/V7 tool? Current interface only let us include actual ‘energy use’ and ‘Construction site water use’ data instead of a benchmark number ( for example 40kgCO2e/m2 in RICS 2nd ed)

Please be advised that most scenario functions now require the new user interface. Certain functionalities are incompatible with the ‘classic’ view, which is scheduled for retirement during this quarter.

Benchmark numbers given by RICS ( for example 40kgCO2e/m2 ) are carbon only so due to the lack of emissions outside of GWP we can not add these to BREEAM tools. We are in contact with BRE to get their benchmark numbers.
