Error when launching the Rhino Plugin

Hi, I have followed the guide to install the one click LCA plugin (1.4.2) on Rhino 7. However, when I open the plugin afterwards, the following error messages appears and the plugin shows up without any contents on the drop-down boxes.

I have tried to troubleshoot this problem by re-installing the plugin both through the package manager and manually, updating Rhino 7, trying it on Rhino 8 (which yielded the same results), trying on a different laptop/account, installing through the .rhp file with no success.

Please advise on how to fix this problem, thanks!

Thanks for your quick reply, after logging in and clicking the update database button, my Rhino is not responding and ultimately crashes.
