Hello, I am a student in Iran. I had previously worked with the one-click LCA software with a one-month bootcamp license. Recently, I got approval for a one-year student license, but the plug-in does not work within the Revit software. What could be the cause of this error?

First of all, welcome to the community! It is great to see you attended a BootCamp and continued your path with a One Click LCA student license. The plugin (any of our plugins) supports sending data to the One Click LCA platform for further analysis.
If you wish to view your results in the Revit model / plugin then you will require a commercial license with the ‘Expert’ plan as this relates to the following feature:
I am not familiar with this specific error, however I assume it relates to the above. If this error happened directly (e.g. upon opening the plugin or upon trying to send data to the platform) then I recommend reinstalling the plugin, and do this only through the Autodesk App Store download, as this always has the latest approved version by Autodesk.

I got the latest version of the plugin from the Autodesk Store, but it still gives the same error of not connecting to the server. I tried different VPNs on the Internet. Is there a similar report from Iranian users? This can be related to the crack of the software Revit?
I have not heard of other users from Iran having the same issue. It could be related to your version of Revit however I cannot be certain of this. At what point exactly does this error appear for you? I have asked our developers if they have encountered this error before however knowing which version of Revit you are using and at what point the error occurs would be useful to us.

I am using the 2023 and cracked version of Revit. I used this version before and there was no problem connecting to the server. This error appears after a few seconds when I click on the One Click LCA extension icon.
Thanks for letting us know. Unfortunately, we cannot support cracked versions of Revit, however, our developers will continue to explore and try to replicate this issue.
Autodesk does offer free versions of Autodesk Revit for students → https://www.autodesk.com/education/edu-software/overview
We would recommend using Revit with a legitimate license, and trying if the error occurs in this case as well.
Unfortunately, Autodesk does not issue student permits for Iran and Iranian institutions and universities.
