Revit plugin not loading results

Hello!
I am trying to go through my trial LCA analysis for a building in Revit plugin and running into next error trying to load the results. the error is the next one:
An error ocurred.
Please repair your installation.
Error Code 58252
After repairing the installation via installer, nothing changes. Is there anything I can do?

In order to load results into Revit, you need access to an Expert license or a trial that supports this. I currently do not see this on your projects, is this something you would like to trial?

Regarding the plugin error, I am not familiar with this specific error. However, we generally recommend re-installing the plugin and only using the official download through the Autodesk App Store. If you have the rights in the software to load the results in Revit, and you still get this error, could you let me know which version of Revit you are using?

I reinstalled the plugin few times and it is still the same error. The software was installed from Autodesk App Store. If this might be because I don’t have a right trial, I would like to try it out, but I can view results on the webpage still so I am a bit confused with this. I use Revit 2025.

Apologies for the confusion. The trials always come with results on the web interface however loading results in the plugins can be added after e.g. a demonstration from one of our business developers. I have now added the option for you, could you let me know if it works?

Two days ago, I activate the trial version and I’m having the same issue. I get the error code 58252 on Revit. Any suggestions on how to proceed?
