LCA Plugin in Grasshopper

Hello!

I’m running into a persistent error when running a One Click LCA assessment in Grasshopper. The error occurs before I even use the component:

"1. After parsing a value an unexpected character was encountered: “. Path ‘resources[76488].dataProperties’, line 1, position 106809384.”

I have a windows 11 24H2 OSBuild> 26100.8246, and rhino 8 Version 8 SR30
(8.30.26103.11001, 2026-04-13), I completely uninstalled and reinstalled the One Click LCA plugin using the Package Manager and restarted rhino, but the error persists.

There is also this secondary issue where this component is red from the start.

  1. Solution exception:Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. (Parameter 'index

Could you please help me with solving these issues?

Hi Julia,

Components work when they are connected to each other or to data, it looks like you might be testing individual components without creating the workflow in grasshopper but its difficult to say from just the picture.

I would recommend to test the workflow using our test file on: Grasshopper | One Click LCA

If that workflow continues to fail, it would be best to reach out to support@oneclicklca.com directly.
