As a follow-up, was this working before and it suddenly stopped? If it wasn’t working before, it might be due to license level limitations, as getting results within Grasshopper is an expert level license feature.

On a side note, what Rhino version are you using? Have you updated to R8 already? If yes, you would also need to update our plugin to the latest version.
Yes, I have Rhino 8, and I reinstalled your plugin last week so it should be the latest version.
Ok, an update to my case. I was in contact with support and it turns out the material I have selected was the problem, the plugin works with some materials but not with others. This have something to do with the license, not sure how but hopefully they can get it fixed soon.
Correct, the plugin shows you all of our datasets, regardless of whether you can access them or not. To be sure the datasets showing are the right ones, make use of the plugin filters. That minimizes the chances of getting similar errors.
