Revit Plugin Error (settings not saving)


I am currently using the Revit plugin on a Trial licence. The first time using the plugin, after adding settings, scope, materials, etc and hitting save, a notification popped up saying settings could not be saved. After re-opening the revit model and plugin, this error popped up. Is there any solution to this?

Hello Arunima, thank you for joining the forum and for raising this issue.

Please uninstall and reinstall the latest version of the Revit Plugin 4.0.9 from Autodesk App Store.

You can follow these instructions:
Close Autodesk Revit.
Uninstall the plugin
Open Autodesk Revit to ensure that this is fully uninstalled.
Close Autodesk Revit.
Install the plugin again.
Restart your PC.
Open Autodesk Revit again and try to open the plugin
