I have checked your account however I cannot see a block that would prevent you from logging in. What type of message do you get when you try to log in?
I would recommend deleting your cookies and ensuring you are using either Firefox, Chrome or Edge as browser.

However, we noticed that multi-factor authentication (MFA) has not yet been set up. This is likely the cause of the login issue, as our system may require it for access.

Have you set up login through your authentication app? Your account seems to be in working order, which means the only other issue that could cause this, would be authentication.

I have contacted OCL support, and they helped me resolve the email block issue. However, I have another question. I attempted to run the example file posted on food4rhino. I can run it in the cloud, but when running it locally, I encounter an error stating “stream from results was Null.” I would like to ask if the student license does not support the function of returning cloud data to the local environment.

Great to hear the support team was able to help you. The student license indeed does not include the option to load environmental data in plugins, it only supports running it on the One Click LCA cloud. I have given you 2 weeks of temporary access to run your assessments in Rhino.

As a UBC student conducting research, I would like to inquire about options for using a version with full BIM capabilities. Could you please advise if there are any free licenses available for schools that include these features? Alternatively, would it be possible for my research supervisor to apply for a more comprehensive license, or would purchasing a full license be necessary?

Regarding your question about BIM capabilities, we do provide free licenses to universities. While these include a wide range of features, the ability to load results in BIM tools is generally supported for the instructor only. (exporting to the cloud is always supported for students) Your research supervisor can find the instructions and requirements to request this access here: Instructor License Instructions.
If your research requires more comprehensive or independent commercial-level functionality, we also offer dedicated research licenses at 50% of the commercial price. You and your supervisor can review the details and eligibility for that program here: One Click LCA for Researchers.
