Why does the material list and grouping changes by a lot between step 6 Combine Data and step 7 Data mapping?
Is there something I need to tweak in my model regarding this?

This issue usually means some materials in your model are listed as numbers instead of names, which is common if a custom material library was used.
Our team can confirm this for you. Please share the IFC model directly with our support team, and we will look into it.

Here is the attached link for the ifc model. The ifc contains only the facade model for which we are calculating.

Thank you for sharing, you can remove the link now.
You can display additional columns to be displayed in the IFC viewer:
When you do that, you will see that for a number of elements the ‘IFC type’ and ‘Material’ only contain numerical values. If it cannot take the material names from another parameter, by default it takes those.
I would recommend assigning those material names in the IFC model (or exporting additional info that helps you with mapping to the ‘comment’ field).
