I am a third year undergraduate student at Newcastle University and I am using OneClickLCA for my dissertation. I am aware the university has a license under Oliver Heidrich and I have been accepted onto his license. However, when I start a project, I seem to still only have access to the free carbon tool and not the full access I need for my project. I am aware there is an option to enter a license key when you start a project however the license holder is unaware of what the license key is. How would I get round this and is there a way I can be provided full access? I need this asap as my dissertation project is time sensitive. Thank you.

I’ve added you as a user to the Newcastle university license. You can now create projects directly under the license or activate a building-level project using the license key.
Please note that our educational offering has been updated since the license was last used. These are now free of charge, which has slightly changed the specific tools included.
