Given a material based on units of area (m2) and thickness (mm), replacing with a difference resource (say a lower GWP insulation or concrete), in many/most cases, the thickness value is changed to what appears to be a OneClick default value. The area seems to persist across material substitutions.
This does not seem to be an issue if the units are volume (m3); ie. the volume value persists across material substitutions.
Is there a way to force OneClick LCA to NOT adjust material thickness upon material substitution? Note: the above results are using the New Interface (I haven’t tried in the old interface)
