Hello, my project Converge HQ plausibility checker says “not available” and raises a red flag. Since the older version of the checker is deprecated, is there some other way to check the results? Thanks!
Hi Kai!
The new plausibility checker indeed does not work with the ‘current’ LEED, US tool. However, if you add the ‘LCA for LEED v5’ tool, then you will be able to use the new plausibility checker.

I see that the restriction is due to the defined floor area definition, which in the current tool is restricted to the ASHRAE definition. In the LEED v5 tool this is not restricted and the used definition (IPMS/RICS) can be added.
It however should work with both, I raised this with our product manager for our LEED tools and he confirmed that the new plausibility checker will be made to work in the ‘current’ LEED tool as well.
Thanks for letting us know!
Hi Kai,
We have recently released an update to the new plausibility checker to support the ASHRAE definition of Gross Internal Floor Area found in the LEED US tool (and other North American tools), so this should work for you now. As a note, the new plausibility checker always uses metric units for consistent benchmarking.
Best,
James
