New RICS - domestic building envelope calculated for 120 Years (RSP)

Hi, can you please advise how is this done in the OneClick software, if only the envelope should be calculated for 120 years and the rest of the building for 60?

thank you for your post and welcome to the community!

The GLA defined the calculation period that should be used for a WLCA (60 years for our current tools, see here). If setting the calculation period for the façade to 120 years is part of another calculation than RICS, we recommend creating a separate design for the façade. Otherwise, the full replacement of the rest of the building at the 60-year mark will be taken into account.
