LCC issue with results when creating options

Hi, has anyone experienced that by changing electricity usage (only) in LCC the whole cost goes wrong? I only copied one baseline option and adjusted the electricity usage and the material cost went down from 49M to £5M. I did not change anything else.
I have emailed OneClick, but haven’t had a response yet.

Any help in a mean time? trying to complete this by tomorrow deadline.

Hi Jana, just to confirm your other post was related to this one right? (LCC issue - incorrect results - #2 by alice.demarchi) Has this issue since then been resolved? I can see Alice answered that our support team would get back to you.
