I finished the exams and passed with 92% on 24.04.2026, but my certificate was not issued. i could not find anything in the ‘certificates’ section on ‘My account’ either. Could anyone help me with this?.

There was an issue with the course which prevented the generation of the exam. This has now been resolved, however it will require you to retake the exam again.

That is unfortunate to hear. On my end I can generate the certificate, I have contacted the support team behind the academy we use. I hope we can resolve this quickly.

Just a small update, together with the Thinkific staff we have found what the issue is. We are trying to come up with a workaround.
