This is a great tool. Is there any information available on selecting the Structural & Envelope materials for a LEED project? Once the IFC model is open in the IFC viewer. I’m having a hard time finding what properties to select to view these types of materials only. Thanks!

Regarding your question on selecting Structural & Envelope materials for a LEED project:
At the moment, we don’t have specific suggestions or predefined property sets for filtering these materials. The IFC model content, including which properties are available for filtering, depends on how the model was exported from your authoring software (e.g., Revit, Archicad, Tekla). Different software (and even different export settings) can include or exclude different property sets.
Recommendation: Check the property sets in your current IFC model to identify Structural and Envelope elements, note which properties work, and reuse that list for future projects to make filtering quicker and more consistent.
