One Click LCA 2023 customer survey — the results are in
Huge thanks to the 500+ customers who completed our 2023 survey. Every response helps us get better. Here’s what we learned.
There was overwhelmingly positive feedback for:
- The range and specialism of our tools
- How easy they are to use
- The knowledge and expertise of our Customer Success team
- The size and breadth of our databases, plus our commitment to keep adding to them
- Product innovation to reflect industry trends
- Our Academy content
We’ll keep building on these, ensuring that as the industry evolves, our offering and support services do too. We’ve recently released our specialist MEP Carbon Tool, and our Biodiversity supply chain tool. Biodiversity Net Gain will be released soon.
Improvements we’re putting into practice:
- We’re focusing on incorporating improved reporting and analytics into our 2024 roadmap
- Academy content will be focused on short form, CPD-enabled content to empower our users and community
- Data entry will be simplified. It’s already being assisted by AI tooling but we’ll continue with this to save you time
- Continued focus on making search easier
- More integrations with industry tools in 2024
